Areas of experience
We can imagine the relationship between our watchful world and the world behind the scenes by imagining the I in the center of three planes, the Horizon plane, the plane of the Prime Vertical and the Meridian plane (5.3). These planes are mutually perpendicular to each other. In this representation two of the three planes always share their intersection with each other. For example, the horizon plane and the plane of the drawing (the Prime Vertical) share the east-west line with each other. In this line, one field is represented in a reduced form in another. However, the projection has folded one dimension of the represented field. The plane is only visible as a line. As a result, the information that is present in the other plane is present informatively, but not accessible to personal experience.
If you want to actually get into that experience, you have to turn the viewing direction by 90 °.

Going there and comming back
After such a reorientation, we come from the horizontal, watch-conscious physical world into the personal experience.
Thus, by completely stopping physical activity, that is, by reducing this line of the horizontal plane to a point, one can bring the attention completely to the area of the personal experience. From that personal plane the spiritual field of the Meridian, which is suprapersonal, can then become accessible to human consciousness. In this way we can get to know several aspects of the one reality in our consciousness. (*)
Return to the personal fields necessarily implies a closure of this superpersonal realm as well.
